Reference to slide numbers

Hi,

I have a ppt report having around 250 slides, wherein I need to give cross reference in various slides.

For E.g. in one of the slide I have added " Refer slide no. 25". Now as there are around 250 slides, this slide no 25 may change to 24, 23 or 26 or any other due to frequent addition/deletion of slides.

Is there any way that wherever I have added a text "Refer slide no 25" - this 25 is auto updated every time the slide number changes ?

PowerPoint does not have a cross reference feature. You can, however, insert a hyperlink to another slide. The hyperlink will remain valid even if slides are inserted/deleted/moved (except when you delete the target slide of the hyperlink, of course).
