Hello. Excel 2003.
A spreadsheet was originally created in 2007 but saved as 2003. It's been opened and saved from within 2003.
When this file is opened and closed without any changes Excel still asks to save it. Why would this be?

Does it contain any formulas whose return values change when the workbook is opened, e.g. =TODAY() ?
