Is there a shortcut key to activate design mode and then of course a shortcut key to deactivated design mode, also is there a shortcut to open tool controls because I need to setup a new control button.
I removed my standard excel 2007 tool bar from this workbook and created a new one using UI editor and when doing so I left these features out thinking they are not needed, ops.
Shortcut key assistance please

Re: Shortcut key assistance please
To insert a control: Alt L I followed by a letter, e.g. O for an option button (the mouse pointer will change to a crosshair so that you can drag or click on the sheet).
You can only turn on design mode if the sheet contains ActiveX controls. The toggle is Alt L D M.

It seems by removing the original toolbar ribbon I am unable to use the shortcut key combination you listed. I tried it on a newly opened workbook and it worked great but when I tried again using my new fancy dancy toolbar workbook it just don’t seem to work.
