Problem quoted from a remote location!
My friend has a spreadsheet which shows rows 142 then 144. Obviously(?) row 143 is hidden - he says spreadsheet shows a thick blue line across the sheet at this point.
Clearly there is something in row 143 because he is summing down across 143 and the sum is incorrect.
I've got him to select rows 142 and 144, right click and select Unhide, but it doesn't unhide the row.
I've also tried going to the Home tab, FORMAT, HIDE/UNHIDE and then unhide rows. That didn't work either.
Any ideas on how to show the hidden row 143, please?

Problem Solved!
It seems that the row height had been collapsed to zero - so the row wasn't hidden in Excel terms) but zero height.
Duh!
