Any way to speed up the opening of an Excel workbook?

Hello team,
I have an Excel workbook that takes a long time to open due to many things that I have in the workbook. I wonder if there is any way to quicken the opening of the workbook like what we do in Microsoft Access.

You can delete unused rows and columns in each of the worksheets.
If possible, reduce the number and complexity of the formulas.

Or get a faster computer with more memory. An SSD instead of a spinning hard disk also helps...
