Problem Grouping Slicer Aging Days

Post by JERRY89 »

Dear All,

Is there any possibility to group the slicer for the Aging Days, i found after i group, it will filter the itemize detail for the Aging Days. I need to a filter to filter out the Aging Days so that i easily can monitor how many customers in that duration of my filter. Can this be done in a Slicer??

Hi Hans,

I want to have a filter where i can easily filter out the Aging Days based on Cell E4 :QA, for example if i select i want to see 0-30 Days till 150-80days , it will hide the rest of the row(K-Q).

That is not possible with your setup. A slicer acts on a single pivot field, but each aging value is a separate pivot field.
You'd have to reorganize your data to use a single Aging column, with a separate row for each value.
So you'd have many fewer columns and many more rows.
You can then create a slicer for the Aging field to filter the pivot table.
Best wishes,
Hans
