Grid turn to white with conditional formatting

Hello team,

I have cells that contains an array formulas, results are dynamic, sometime, they spill 10 cells and sometimes they spill on 50 cells. Can I use conditional formatting, when there is not value on the cell, just outer and inside grid turn to white.

I tested multiple times, and I thought that wouldn't be possible; just I want to make sure there is no solution for it.

This is what I entered in conditional formatting: = OR ($F$4 <0 , $F$4 = " ") do this ...
