Print top rows on each page
I have a document that prints rows 2&3 at the top of each page. The first page prints rows 1, 2 & 3 as expected, but row 1 does not print on subsequent sheets. I have no idea how this was set up, where do I need to look to correct this?

Re: Print top rows on each page
Select File | Page Setup... and activate the Sheet tab (Excel 2003 or earlier), or click Print Titles in the Page Setup group of the Page Layout tab of the ribbon (Excel 2007 or later).
Look for "Rows to repeat at top:", if this is set to $2:$3, this would explain the behaviour that you describe. To print rows 1 through 3 on all pages, change it to $1:$3.
