Add to ribbon? - 2007
Is it possible to add to the ribbon? I have a couple of macros in my personal.xlsb and would like to click on a button to invoke those macros.

Hi dasadler
Yes you can.
Open an excel workbook
In an open area of the toolbar ribbon, preferably to the far right, right click and select “Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
Now use the dropdown “Choose command from†and select macros
Your macro should be visible just below
Highlight selected macro and then select the “Add†button
You can then select “modify†to select a button
Then select OK

If you actually want to add them to the Ribbon rather than the QAT, see here.

Thanks Rory, that is a good solution but beyond my technical comfort level. The QAT will suffice for now as I only have a couple to add.
