IOS Keyboard shortcut for moving paragraph up/down?

Post by New Daddy »

Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut for moving a paragraph up or down?
It's one of my favorite shortcuts in Word for Windows - alt+shift+up/down arrow.

You don't mention it, but do you mean in Word for MacOS? If so: apparently there is no direct equivalent, but in Outline view, you can use Control+Shift+up/down arrow to move the selected paragraphs up or down.
See Keyboard shortcuts in Word

Sorry, I wasn't specific.
I meant Word for iPad.

There doesn't appear to be any related keyboard shortcut in Word for iOS.

Here is the Microsoft Online Documentation on Keyboard Shortcuts for IOS. It is not any help on this question, though. It does not mention the shortcut for Windows, either.

By the way, for future use, could you edit your question to include IOS in the heading?
