I know support for 2010 is done, I am installing 2010 on a new pc and it says it has been activated too many times and i need to use the phone option. Which isn't available anymore. Is my only option to buy a new version?

According to "Telephone activation is no longer supported for your product" error when activating Office, you should be able to call 866-421-7141 (toll-free)
