Share custom colors- Word and Powerpoint

I created a custom color palette for presentations. I'd like to use the same one in Word. Is there an easy way to get this done? Thanks

Color schemes and design themes are automatically shared by all Office applications.
Start Word, and activate the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
Click Theme Colors in the Themes group.
Do you see your custom color scheme?

The color scheme "MyTheme" was created and saved in PowerPoint and automatically displayed in Word:
