Some time ago, it was my practice to occasionally review the cookies in my Windows XP, even reading the text files to see what was in them. Now, when I look for a subdirectory titled "Cookies" I no longer find the text files. I'm searching C:\Windows for "Cookies". While I find a subdirectory by that name, it does not have any .txt files in it.
Have the cookies text files been hidden somewhere in WindowXP (Pro SP3)? I know that there ARE cookies somewhere because I keep getting push advertising for items for which I've done Amazon or other searches.
If someone could tell me where to find the cookies (and milk ), I would be very grateful.

Re: Cookies
Try C:\Documents and Settings\USER-NAME\Cookies. Note: set Windows Explorer to display hidden & system files/folders.

Re: Cookies
Thanks, Joe!
That didn't show up in my search for "*cookies*"
Maybe I typed an 'l' instead of an 'i'
