Annoying pop-up

.............all of a sudden I am persistently getting the attached pop-up, I have tried clicking the "Save this password....." box but it achieves nothing. How can I prevent it from pestering me please? Thanks Dave..

This dialog is generated by your e-mail provider. There are several possible explanations:

• Your computer is having problems connecting to the e-mail server - the server could be down or slow. Hopefully this will soon be solved by your provider, you can't do anything about it yourself.
• You have logged in to the same e-mail service in two different ways, for example using Outlook and using webmail. This causes a conflict.

many thanks Hans.... seems prudent [as you have suggested before] to stick with one service... must consign OE to the obsolete bin & just use Office Outlook. Thank you again. Dave.
