Port 80 reset

Port 80 reset

Other than rebooting, what is the best way to reset Port 80? It appears to hanging with Apache.

This is out of my field, but see if Opening Up Port 80 For Apache to Use On Windows helps.

What makes you think port 80 is hanging? Have you tried restarting Apache?
