Getting OneDrive to remove deleted photos on both iPhone and computer

I have OneDrive installed on my iPhone and on my computer. It syncs photos on my iPhone to my computer. When I delete a photo from OneDrive on my iPhone, the photo deletes on my computer. However, it does not delete on my iPhone.

Similarly, when I delete a photo in the Photos app on my iPhone, it does not delete the photo from OneDrive.

Is there a way to get the Photos App and OneDrive totally synced so that when I delete a photo from one, it is deleted from the other? At present, it seems only that OneDrive only copies over photos from the Photos app and then syncs them to my computer, but it does not synchronize when I delete photos.

I did. No help. There is no AutoSync option in the OneDrive settings on my phone. There is a Camera Upload feature. That feature works, but doesn't help achieve my goal.
