I prefer email as I have 'Checker Plus for Gmail' on both my browsers. I still visit The Lounge daily using 'Portal' to access new posts. I know you can get notified in Gmail on Chrome + Win10 systems.
It's just I was getting mail for posts when I tried to avoid them by not using the link to access them. I am aware there is an unsubscride to use in the post itself or in email.
