Login Problems

Several of our members have been experiencing intermittent problems with logging in to the Lounge, or with remaining logged in. The problem usually goes away after a while, but may come back later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are having problems logging in on one device, you might try on another kind of device - for example, if you cannot log in on a Windows computer, you may be able to log in on an Android or Apple phone without problems. After that, it may work on the first device too.

Some Loungers have reported that changing http:// to https:// in the address bar of the browser allowed them to log in successfully. Unfortunately, it's not consistent, but it's worth a try.
