It appears that our ability to print Frames from a site is disabled (probably in the registry?). If we perform a File, Print, and go into Options, everything is grayed out. I don't believe it's based on our default printer or anything within Tools, Internet Options.
I have a user who prefers to print reports from a bank website, via the Frames (meaning she clicks the report within the site, then selects File, Print), rather than clicking on the Print link located within the site which generates the report.
This issue developed after we migrated from IE6 to IE7.

Re: IE7 Frames
That's for that suggestion Hans - my user has actually decided to use the Print link within her report, which gets around this particular issue (also performing a right click, Print worked, but it rescaled the report). I've googled this issue as well and it doesn't appear that IE7 or IE8 play very well with printing individual frames. Take care for now and again, thanks for the suggestion.
