I discovered this report (attached) from a web page.
I love the details about my system in the introductory section.
Some of the warnings seem meaningless, in the sense that I have purposely set display or hard drive timeouts to 9,999 minutes, I know.
The “Battery:Battery Information” (7/8 down the report) suggests that the battery is at 29/47 or about 40% dead. The “Battery Id” looks impressive.

I zipped the html to get around a Lounge warning.
Cheers

Interesting, now I know in numbers that the battery on this little netbook is less than optimal. It only took 21% at it's last charge.

Having said that, it still runs for over an hour and considering it's 7 years old I think that's impressive.

Seven years old , or , seven years since I bought it?

My Tecra is only two (I think) years old since I bought it, but the salesman pulled it out of a carton holding a dozen or so of these things.
I paid $175 for it, which I thought was a good deal, but later thought that the carton was bought as a job-lot, and the Tecras could have been sitting in the carton for over twenty years before I grabbed one.

I bought it seven years ago, around spring 2012. I've no idea how long prior then it was actually manufactured but when I acquired it, the battery gave no indication it was anything other than brand new / full of fresh chemistry. It seemed to last forever.
