Hello, I found this on my Laptop and don't know how or what I should do can you help?

Try running CCleaner and see if it picks it up.

No change, it is still the same.

It's off, so it doesn't really matter. I appears to be related to an Epson printer.

If you have an Epson printer then you could reinstall the printer driver.

If you don't have an Epson printer then you could
run regedit
navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
delete EPLTarget

Hello, by replying to my thread, you have solved a problem I've had for nearly 2 years.
I was the match convener, whose job it was to pick the teams to play in our District Lawn bowls league. To do that, I used an Epson Printer. I left that club in August 2022 and never had any use for the printer.
I occasionally got a notification bottom right of my screen to remove unused printers. As they never showed in the Settings section that I could be sure I was removing the correct items, I left them alone.
Everything is now as it should be. Thank you all very much.
