Mail Account in Edge

I created an outlook.com Microsoft Account for a friends new pc. Somehow I managed to have the outlook.com as the email in the Edge Browser. He only uses Gmail, can it be changed?

You can add https://mail.google.com as a Favorite to Edge.
And see the Edge section in Make Gmail your default email client

Thanks Hans, deleted outlook account & reinstated Gmail acc.
