skip admin page

When the pc go in standby(black screen), and i click on a keyboard, appear the screen in image.
How to dont show the Admin page, and go direct to the desktop?

Open Settings.
Click on Accounts.
Click on Sign-in options.
Under the "Require sign-in" section, use the drop-down menu and select the Never option.
