Can anyone tell me why there is a 1 on my Mail App?. The App has been totally emptied but it remains.

( On a serious note: I know that in another forum the use of a number as the last character in a Thread title can chuck a bit of a spanner in the works – perhaps that is the cause )

I don't have my email address in the Windows Mail App. My email is Gmail.
I had previously been testing the 'Schedule feature' In Gmail to send one to the Mail app and had forgotten about it.
