default browser setting

Post by bureau.jacques »

To respond to the injunctions of the French government to save electricity (even minimal). I got into the habit of turning off the general power supply of my workstation… Central unit, the 3 screens and the printer.

Every morning I restart the system. At startup I launch the Google chrome browser to access Gmail. Systematically I have the message that chrome is not my default browser, it opens the default applications setting window… I have to scan the applications and go modify the browser which by default is positioned on Edge!
Is there a procedure to tell Windows 10, once and for all, that I only want to use one browser: "Google Chrome"
