Windows Updates Fail to Install

I'm having a challenge with a new install of Windows 10 relating to the updates. I have three updates that downloaded, fail at installing and the status changes to retry. I have tried "stop/start" the Windows Update Services but the challenge persists.

If I recall in earlier versions of Windows one was able to delete download files in a subfolder of "C:\Users\MyAccount\AppData". I'm not sure which subfolder.

Your suggestions are appreciated.

I was able to resolve the update challenge by using the last option to download the Win10 ISO and reinstall keeping my user settings.
