Hello, the first time I started my laptop today, it was it's usual slow self. It had not received any updates, it shuts down when I close the lid. When it was started the second time, I got this:-

I clicked the built in link, it gave no help. Can you help from the very low info displayed in my image?

Check your startup programs using Task Manager or Autoruns or WhatInStartup.
Also, please supply specifics about your hardware configuration.

Two things to try:
1. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
2. How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk) to repair a hard drive – Which Computing Helpdesk
Finally, and from personal experience, I find that if I have Windows updates pending, that can have a detrimental effect on performance times.

Do you have any devices mapped in File Explorer that are not available when you boot?
