How to remove blocking.

Hello, I use WordPad to keep a record by using the snipping tool of secured PDF images. Now when I attempt to view them I get:-

Can this be prevented?

If you right click the document in Windows Explorer you should be able to clear the blocked state.

Hi StuartR, I found out how to fix it. Normally when I use the snipping tool, I use 'Paint' to get a copy in jpg or png to save it. In this instance I never used @Paint' I just pasted it into wordpad and that caused the content being blocked.
I copied all data in the wordpad page and pasted it into a new page and it cleared it.
