User icon in Windows 10 feature update changed

A Windows 10 feature update was installed this morning. It changed my default user icon, which used to look like a clear black outline. Now it is a blurry white image on a dark background.

I am attaching images.

How do I change it back to the old default that was available?

Click Start and click on your username.
Select 'Change account settings'.
If your previous picture is still listed, click on it.
Otherwise, click on 'Browse for one' under 'Create your picture'.
Best wishes,
Hans

My previous picture is not listed and I don't have it in Pictures. Is the Windows default, which I copied above, no longer available as the dafault?

The default user picture is to be found (or at least, it should be) in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
Best wishes,
Hans
