Many months ago I had a thread
http://www.eileenslounge.com/viewtopic. ... from+Sleep" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Ever since this time on W10 I have 'enjoyed' a 90 sec delay from opening the laptop lid to screen up. I always use Sleep, it is programmed correctly and not as Hibernation which only gets to play if I forget to plug in the battery as it goes flat. For the past couple of days I have closed to lid to Sleep (pc not me ) whilst still leaving a Chrome web page up at full screen. When I next open the lid the pc boots in around 10 secs, or less. I have tried this a few times and it boots fast.
Any clues please.

Re: Slow boot from Sleep
Try it with Chrome closed and see if it makes a difference.
If so then Chrome is the problem. The more programs and or webpages open the longer it is going take to wake up.

Thanks Dave
It boots fast with a web page open, not the reverse
