Hide Remove built in apps per user basis.
How to get rid of or hide apps like edge from particular user accounts? Thanks.

Right click the icon and select "Unpin from Start"

@DaveA: the app will still be listed in the All Apps menu, so it is neither hidden nor removed...

The method described there doesn't work for the built-in Windows 10 apps...
