Has anyone got any exciting news from Microsoft's Windows 10 devices event from today?
I've tried to watch the online briefing, but all I've got so far is a big black rectangle.

Re: Windows 10 devices event
The link works for me using IE11 or Edge, but not using Firefox 41.0.1.
Microsoft introduced the already leaked Lumia 950 and 950XL smartphones, the Surface Pro 4 tablet and the Surface Book (a laptop).

Perhaps it's because I've got only IE9 here (at work).
Did they say when Windows 10 will be available for existing Windows phones?

I didn't bother watching the entire 2 hour broadcast, but I don't think they announced when Windows 10 Mobile will be generally available.
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Windows 10 devices event
For now, Windows 10 Mobile will be available only on the new Lumia 950 and 950XL. The Lumia team announced that they'll will begin rolling out Windows 10 Mobile for existing Lumia phones in December (2015). See Microsoft Lumia on FaceBook.
The rollout will most probably be staggered. I have no idea what they'll do about other brands.
Phones need to have at least 8 GB of internal memory and to have Lumia Denim (OS version 8.10.14219.341, or higher), otherwise they won't be able to upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile. See Will Windows 10 update be available for my Lumia phone?.

Not sure if this "fits the bill"
