Reverting from Windows 10
I have updated to W10 from W7 Pro - but in that process I believe I have a partially broken installation as I cannot install any of the Apps. Our other Pc updated fine. In teying to revert to W7 I got the message that the old files had been lost and that therefore I couldn't revert. I need to repair W10 - any ideas how to do that please?

Re: Reverting from Windows 10
Has Windows 10 ever worked correctly on the problem PC? If so, see if you can load a restore point from before the problems begin.
Otherwise, try resetting Windows as follows:
- Click the Start button.
- Select Settings.
- Click 'Update & Security'.
- Select Recovery.
- Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get Started'.
- You have two options: 'Keep my files' and 'Remove everything'.
