Pureed ginger root

Pureed ginger root can be frozen in ice-cube trays and then shelled out in standard measures. I will add four cubes of pureed ginger to my two pounds of (three) grapefruits to make Ginger-Grapefruit marmalade.
Cheers
Chris

No. I never knew that Gilligan had an island? What's on the island? Cats or ginger?

I've now made delicious Partridgeberry jam, but I haven\t got as far as making ginger-cat jam.
How do I align the stripes in the jar the same way I do the strips of rind? :gross:
Cheers

B&W photography doesn't render Ginger's (Tina Louise's) red hair.
