I'm not sure why I never found this forum before but I do like looking it over. As a matter of fact I just did what a recipe program, Cookbook 2013, calls a capture for this recipe "Braised Beef Ribs with Horseradish Mash." It really sounds delicious and it was simple to put on my computer for future use. I am going to look for more great recipes here but won't post about them. I did this time just to say this is a great forum and wish I had seen this sooner.
