Hello,
I feel as though Project was created to do the exact opposite of this, but I have been asked to find a way to have a column/field that sums the total number of hours ONLY for the tasks/sub tasks that that are showing after filtering out the others using the priority field.
So if I have priority 1, 2, and 3 and I only want to see priority 1 tasks/sub tasks, I see ONLY the taks hours for those tasks and the roll-up sums ONLY include those filtered hours.
Anyone know a way to do this?
Also, if there is a way, can it also be done by filtering by a user identified field that has Task Lead names. So I could see the roll-up of hours for only Teds, or Susan's assigned tasks?
Thanks a bunch,
-Asher

I hope you'll get a helpful reply - I'm not sure we have any Microsoft Project experts on board...
Best wishes,
