A spokesman for the local authority said: "The irony of this unfortunate spelling error is not lost on the county council. This schoolboy error does certainly not meet Lancaster Grammar's exceptionally high standards."
Meanwhile, the rest of the world waits with beighted ( ) breath to learn which grammar schools, if any, were dispensers of knowledge to the members of Lancaster Council.
Once that is done, we can begin an inquiry into the educations standards of the ISA-UK.
Neville Chamberlain was chauffeured to work, so this didn't affect him.
Cheers, Chris

Re: this feels inevitable
Wouldn't it be easier to rename the school to Royal Grammer School?

No, because then they would have to rewrite the signs at the bus-stops on Moor Gate, East Road, Wyresdale Road (I mean!!), and possibly Derwent Road.
What are the odds that they would get all four spelled correctly when they have already failed on one?
Not to mention Ayr Street.
