Without whishing to appear excessively pedantic (heaven forfend!), the word should really be wispy, without the intrusive "h"...

For example, "will o' the wisp".

Yes, I read that too.
I suspect it means that "whispy" should be written "wispy".

Not a problem really as the water going over this water fall joins the river that features in that other thread.
