I think you have to notice that the word contains LAN, and any IP address contains a whole bunch of numbers.
Or perhaps you need a needle to administer the local anaesthetic, and that looks very like a 1.

When I first saw this one, I didn't get it. Then about three hours later, out of the blue (I was watching TV at the time), it just came to me.
