According to a weather Forecast for London, apparently it is going to be a bit windy from Tuesday afternoon

But you'll save some money AND time. If you travel to work, flying with an umbrella, you could be there in no time. Thus, you'll even get a few minutes more sleep.

He'll have to time it right - a few minutes early or late and he'll set off on a different course and end up in the wrong office.
