Returning to this old thread on recursion ( :whisper: see what I did there?, return / recursion)...

Last night, after a two year COVID induced delay, I finally got to enjoy a 2019 Christmas present, tickets to see and hear** the gig by Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets in York. So there I was enjoying one, two if you include Guy Pratt who was their usual bass player when they toured, of the original Pink Floyd playing original Pink Floyd music, including, as an encore, the track 'Saucerful of Secrets' from whence this line up take their name.

Ken
**You couldn't help but hear them. Our seats were up and behind the sound desk so you could see the db readout. During 'Set the controls for the heart of the sun' it regularly peaked at over 100 db.

You can afford to buy ice cream at a venue? :eyeout: Maybe it's cheaper in The Netherlands but here, food and drink at cinemas / theatres / concert halls / etc. cost an arm and a leg.

Ken
PS some of the bass notes made the place shake so a little bit more volume might literally have brought the house down
