Re: Happy Australia Day !
Speaking of Swiss cheese, we've had a shoddy supplier to the shops, selling them "genuine" Swiss cheese, like Emmentaler (which tasted like a stale basked of unwashed socks; don't ask me how I know what that tastes like 'cause I don 't ) and Gruyere.
BTW, the only popular Swiss cheeses we get easily and regularly here in the north of Sydney are Emmentaler, Gruyere and Appenzeller. We get Tilsit which is produced by a Swiss farmer in Tasmania, but not Swiss Tilsit.
Still, good to see you found your new lounge , welcome back!

Whenever I get back to Canada some restaurants will ask if you want some 'Swiss' with that, meaning their version of swiss cheese! Holes way to big and tastes like a stale basked of unwashed socks (must be a new world thing, that)!
