Tower of London Poppies

Made a trip to London today to see the spectacular poppy display. A few pics (un image edited so far) and a couple from the "view from the Shard". If you're interested it's worth going to the official website for more info and better pics. Meanwhile here's a link to a couple of mine. Poppies

Agreed...that is certainly a carpet of red...
Its interesting to see how the project has advanced since the first posts of it a few months ago...

That is a very graphic and vivid depiction of the sacrifices made by brave men.

It is a fantastic display. I took a few similar photos a couple of weeks ago, and Google stitched together this panorama for me...

GCHQ personnel spend an hour making a giant poppy...
