WiFi Router Connection Vs Wifi Access Point problem

Dear All,

Recently i just bought a wifi CCTV SRIHOME but I found that connection through home wifi router is good but at company we are using WiFi ACCESS POINT connection the connection keep fail,is there any solution for this case ,I have Google around some mention need to off 5ghz or using Wired connection during setup but the result still fail .Is there any solution

What kind of security does the WiFi at the office use? This camera is designed for home networks so it's not going to work well with security protocols like 802.11x that need a certificate installed on the device.

Can you let us know all the configuration settings (except the password) for the home WiFi and the office WiFi

Sorry for the late reply, thanks for your guidance, after i restart all my router and CCTV, it can be connected as usual. :cheers:
