Microsoft Money and Win10

MS Money will not run in Windows 10 as installed without some modifications.

I was preparing my system for the eventual upgrade to Windows 10 and have been checking out essential, at least to me, various applications. As a long time user of MS Money I was very sad to learn that MS Money would not work in Windows 10. I first started using MS Money in the late 90's and eventually ended up with MS Money 2007 Premium. Then MS pulled the plug on support, but did issue a free MS Money Plus Sunset Deluxe version in 2010. This worked without any flaws in Windows 7 & 8. Then along came Win10 and the world crashed.

But, all is not lost. With some tweaking in Windows 10, MS Money is back up and running. This link to the Microsoft Community forum provides the solution.
