Apologies for multiple entries. Site was showing no access when in fact I had access. Out of interest, I have noticed a lot of Bots listed on our site from time to time... are they causing access issues?

Since I keep only a few MP4 holiday videos on my phone I have deleted the VLC Player... Photos app and others have needed capability.
