I am looking for a provider who will allow me to store data which can subsequently be viewed and/or edited by invited users.
I have tried Dropbox but it won't allow invited users to accept the invitation to view the folders unless they first create an account. Which they do not want to do.
Does anybody know of any providers who allow access without this restriction.
Fingers crossed xx

Re: Cloud storage
Have you tried Google Drive or One Drive?

Re: Cloud storage
If you share a file on DropBox, and send the link to others, they can download the file without having to install DropBox.
The same goes for other cloud storage options such as FileDropper (http://filedropper.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and Microsoft OneDrive (https://onedrive.live.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
OneDrive offers the option to edit Office files online.

Re: Cloud storage
Many thanks to both of you. I have sent a LINK to the file in the Dropbox and I am waiting to see if that was successful
It appears, again, that Google Drive also requires users to have an account to sign in to see the folders but, as per Dropbox, one can send a link to a file.
i am not too sure about FileDropper and will have to investigate that further.
