How to find my email

Several days ago, I decided to stop paying for my email account! My email address was billwilson@sent.com. I believe the "sent.com" part is what I was paying for, and I think I originally reserved that within the FastMail system. I thought I could step back to the free version of FasfMail but maybe there is no free version anymore. In any case I can no longer access my email.

Is there any way to recover from this?

How did you access the sent.com email account? Through the browser only, or (also) via a mail app such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird?

My daughter came by this morning and solved the problem! I don't know what she did but I now have the emails from the last several days!
