Outlook with Gmail Account

I'm having a challenge with Outlook seeing all my Gmail messages.

Within Outlook I see a number of Gmail "Label" mailboxes I set up sometime ago via a web-browser. What I don't see is the Gmail "All Mail" or "Sent" folders. The Outlook Inbox doesn't reflect all the inbound messages received via Gmail.

I'm not sure what happened but there definitely is a disconnect somewhere. I tried creating a new Outlook profile and setting up the Gmail account once again but I see the same results. I did create a new Gmail app password for the new Outlook profile thinking that may be the issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks for the link.

I was surprised that the Outlook email count of the "Inbox and Sent" folders didn't add up to the Gmail "All Mail" message count. One would think the count should be the same.
