Well I seem to have to revisit this because the rules I create, even though others are exactly the same, don't seem to be working. In the first attachment you'll see there is only 1 condition and it sends those emails to the junk folder as do all the ones above it except the top 2 which will be shown in the second attachment. Any ideas why these new rules are not working? I am not sure about McAffee since none have come in lately but the rule with Pence in it is new and every email with that name in it arrives in my Inbox.

I moved the latest email I received displaying the word "Pence" back from the Deleted folder to the Inbox and ran the Pence rule, as you suggested, and it still remained in the Inbox. Not sure what that tells me other then it is not sending any email with that word to the Junk folder.

I'm not sure that the rule will work for an email moved to the Inbox as opposed to received in the Inbox. You should try the "Run rules..." when you observe a message in the Inbox that you think one of the rules should have already caught.

Thanks. I will try that the next time I get one.

A new email came in today in the Inbox with the word Pence in it. The rule should have moved it to the Junk folder, but it didn't. Please see the first attachment. I opened the rules and made it Run Now and it still remained in the Inbox. The rule can be seen in the second attachment. Can't figure out why this rule won't work. Any ideas?

The subject is "T***, D*** shocked ...". It doesn't appear to contain the P-word.

P*** News is the display name of the sender of the message, not the subject.
If you open the message, you should be able to see the email address it was sent from. Does that contain the P-word? If so, clear the check box "with specific words in the subject", and tick the check box "with specific words in the sender's address", then specify P***.
Best wishes,
Hans
